Chris Laird has been a member of the Kreative team for over 3 years and has been working in construction trades for nearly 20 years. He is kind, patient, and methodical worker who excels at problem solving and coming up with creative solutions. His favorite part of remodeling is seeing the beautiful designs generated in the office come to life in clients homes.

Jake has been a dedicated member of the Kreative Design team for over five years. He first joined as an installer, where his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and natural talent for craftsmanship quickly stood out. His commitment to learning and growing within the trade allowed him to advance rapidly, and is now a subcontractor.
Jake enjoys the hands-on creativity that comes with every project and the unique challenges that each design brings. What he finds most rewarding, though, is seeing the look on customers’ faces when their vision becomes a reality. From detailed installations to full design transformations, Jake takes pride in making every space something clients truly love.

Jack is half of the Dayton Builders team and a fourth generation craftsman. While fairly new to the business he is already a skilled painter and tile setter. During other phases of the job he's quickly learning the ropes as an apprentice.

Jon is the current senior member of Dayton Builders, having taken over for his father Doug when he passed. Thirty five years in the business has given him a broad understanding of multiple trades. A born troubleshooter, Jon is good at getting to the bottom of complicated problems. The motto of the family business for over fifty years has been, "You're not getting rid of us till you're happy."

Luke Geiger is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in the residential construction and design industry. As a home-schooled individual, he developed a strong foundation in self-discipline, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning—qualities that have been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory.
Combining creativity with functionality, Luke has designed numerous kitchens and bathrooms, transforming clients’ visions into practical, beautiful spaces. He excels at space planning, material selection, and creating design concepts that balance aesthetics with budgetary considerations.
Luke believes that excellent design and flawless installation go hand in hand. He approaches every project with:

- Attention to detail—from initial concept sketches to final quality checks
- Commitment to transparency—providing clear budgets, timelines, and progress updates. Luke is ALSO a volunteer firefighter
